This year, Fums, Profums e Salums embraces Spring, offering the perfect excuse for a long weekend dedicated to authentic local tastes, a journey through Carnia’s signature smoked specialties.
Picture yourself strolling through the village, following a delicious 8-stop itinerary: at each spot, local restaurants will surprise you with creative dishes starring smoked ingredients. From trout to vegetables, cheeses to cured meats, every bite tells a story of tradition and innovation. Alongside the chefs, you will meet producers offering samples (and treats to take home). Do not miss the smoked salami contest —judging and a free public tasting kick off at 4:00 PM in the Sala Polifunzionale!
